Diese Erweiterung der Munchkin-Parodie auf H. P. Lovecrafts Cthulhu-Mythos enthält die deutsche Version der Sets Munchkin Cthulhu 2 und Munchkin Cthulhu 3.
In diesem Set ist der Wahnsinn so sehr Programm, dass er einen eigenen neuen Kartentyp bekommt: Geisteskrankeiten.
Diese Erweiterung der Munchkin-Parodie auf H. P. Lovecrafts Cthulhu-Mythos enthält die deutsche Version der Sets Munchkin Cthulhu 2 UND Munchkin Cthulhu 3.
Von den 112 neuen Karten sind 56 von John Kovalic illustriert, die anderen 56 stammen von François Launet, dem Zeichner des kultigen Cthulhu-Comics Unspeakable Vault of Doom.
